We found the STOQ support to be totally amazing and quick to respond.Anaam was incredibly efficient and resolved all our issues very quickly while being helpful and friendly with every aspect of the support she offered.She was incredibly patient with us and allowed us to query everything and she explained and illustrated everything for us in ways that were easy for us to understand and produce results.We recommend this App and its very professional service to all Shopify site users. We will not look at any other Pre-order options as this is the very best we could find.

As a new user, I haven't had enough time to fully evaluate the app's functionality, but I’m already impressed by the support team. I encountered an issue with image sizing in emails, reported it on a Sunday night, and was pleasantly surprised to have it resolved the same night—great responsiveness!One improvement I'd love to see in the future is the ability to notify users about all the products they follow that have been restocked in a single email, rather than separate notifications for each item. This would enhance the user experience and streamline communication. Looking forward to seeing how the app evolves!
