I started using Stoq because I needed an efficient way to host preorder items on my webshop. Their customer technical assistants, Sneha and Shashi, were incredibly helpful in resolving the issues I encountered and walking me through the features that needed to be activated. I’m especially grateful to both of them for saving me hours of manual CSS editing had I attempted to fix everything on my own. I’m still on the free trial, but I’m already considering this app for long-term use.I highly recommend this app, primarily for its prompt and thorough customer support, which consistently went beyond what the app initially promised. I requested seamless integration of the app’s pop-ups and buttons with my webshop’s branding and existing theme, and Shashi addressed all (truly many) of my requests with patience and precision. This has to be the best customer support and service getting this app integrated! A useful app at a fair price. It didnt work right away with our theme but I went straight onto the live chat and the support agent (Paul) was very good and had it working within a few minutes. Set-up after that was very straightforward also.
