The app is super handy for anyone that is wanting to setup back in stock notifications, and has the right reporting to see both products in demand, and then ROI on the notifications.Support reached out when I exceed my threshold to let me know, and I paid for the product immediately given how well it worked. They then helped me send the remaining notifications now that I was on the paid plan, and even offered to do it for me.

(August 2023) A very easy to use App and highly customisable to fit your store design. Couldn't quite work out how to make a font weight change, but a quick message to Kartik through their instant chat support and it was sorted in a matter of minutes. (June 2024) A further contact with support after a theme change and I'm pleased to say that support continues to be excellent. Sneha had the button popped exactly where I needed it in a matter of minutes.This is just the sort of support and App that Shopify store owners need. The app is great for notifying customers that a product can be preordered and when the customer can expect stock to be available. You can also set up e-mail reminders. The team at Stoq is friendly and helped me resolve a teething issue. I highly recommend you use this easy-to-use app in your Shopify Store.
