We used Stoq for managing 500+ preorders and it worked very good! Unfortunately we encountered a big issue with Shopify where our orders we're unintentionally marked paid. Sandesh the CEO of Stoq immediately reached out, helped us get in contact with the right people at Shopify, and helped resolve the issue in a matter of days. Really appreciated the support and definitely going to use Stoq again!

Hands down the best restock notification app out there. I had been using another app for a few years, then my husband wanted a website and we decided to try this one. The interface, customer service, ease of use, etc is just well beyond the app I was using so I made the switch today! Within minutes of installing (which took like 30 seconds, lol).. I wanted the button changed on my page and I got a response and fixed location in minutes. They are always just a chat away and always willing to help. Highly recommend! Thank you Stoq for offering such a great app!!

The support has been probably one of the best I have received from a Shopify app. No matter what hour I get instant help. It's such a great app to use also and keeps everything in one place as before I used to manually assign pre order items and it was complicated. This app is very straight forward to use.
