Had a tight timeline to migrate our back-in-stock alerts App (due to our old one sunsetting/merging with new company). Contacted a couple different options but Stoq and their customer support were the best of the bunch (as well as no key features hidden behind higher subscription). Sneha was exceptionally helpful in getting our back-in-stock feature migrated & up and running on our website. Took over our support chat as her colleague was unavailable and was always quick to answer and assist with implementation (& testing/debugging as a random semi-unrelated bug arose at the same time)!!Solid work Sneha! I'm sure if I run into more issues the quality of service will continue :D

This is the 3rd pre-order app we've used. So far, it seems to be working the best. I had a minor issue when I was first testing and Hassan not only responded in the chat right away, he quickly resolved the issue. Hoping this one is our keeper!
