Updated: Used support today and Hassan was great at customizing the widget for us. We didn't have a way to let customers now when an item was back in stock and this app was super easy to set up. We liked all the other features it offers too on the plans but don't have enough traffic yet to use those features. But when we do get more traffic we will upgrade. We tried quite a few other restock/notify me apps and this one was the easiest for us being non coders. We did have to reach out to support once which turned out to be our own user error and support was super fast and friendly. Overall we are pleased and would recommend this application to anyone. If you have enough traffic go ahead and get the plan where you can customize the emails - I think that helps when customers feel like the emails are part of your overall branding.

First off, the customer support has been fantastic! I’m not very tech-savvy, so I reached out with a question. Sneha from the support team responded quickly and guided me through some simple steps. What I thought was a bug turned out to be my own misunderstanding, and she helped me clear it up with ease. I’m really enjoying the app so far, and as a small business owner, I can already see how much time it’s going to save me.

Great app even for a smaller business. Has enabled me to keep track of pre orders and the support staff is always amazing and super fast to fix any problems over chat. Im currently on the free plan as not really large enough to need all the features of the other plans yet but i wont hesitate when i get to that point

The app was easy to understand but unfortunately it required additional support to get it aligned on the product page which caused us to miss sales. I should have reached out sooner.
When I did reach out to customer service, Hassan was incredibly helpful! He took care of the issues quickly, went above and beyond to help me with another unrelated issues and followed up to make sure everything went well. 10/10 for customer service.
