App is great and working exactly as it should. As someone who is relatively new to Shopify, I had some trouble setting it up and getting it working on my own, but I spoke with a very helpful member of the help team called Khutheja who helped me out and got it up and running exactly as I wanted - thank you!

The UI was mostly intuitive and the app is very responsive. It was all very easy to set up within an hour (I couldn't find any detailed tutorial videos online so had to do a bit of trial and error). Customer support was excellent. They responded within a few minutes, understood what I was asking and helped me with all of my queries. Although my support ticket couldn't be resolved within a day (as they needed further assistance from team members), they followed up the next day and the handover between support members was seamless!

I have used this app on my store for a number of months and cannot recommend it enough. The degree of settings & flexibility is second to none to setup pre-orders exactly as I need.I've used the team's support a few times as well during initial setup and other tweaks and always receive an extremely fast response and the changes are implemented within minutes.Fantastic all around!
