I have used this app on my store for a number of months and cannot recommend it enough. Great support. I got immediate help when I have some questions and customer care was excellent. Unfortunatly many basic feature requires to upgrade pretty much straight away and for smaller shops you have directly a high cost.

Speedy responses, quick fixes! I've use other pre-order apps at previous jobs and they have been so complicated, look rubbish and were very limited. This one worked immediately, and didn't look dreadful. I reached out to the team to see if they could do any formatting on the boxes and badges to alter it to look slightly better for me (I wouldnt have been bothered if this was not possible because the functionality of the app is great) and Khutheja sorted it for me right away. Thanks so much. I am only just setting up whilst my store is being built but plan to do lots of pre orders so am likely to upgrade!
