How to set up the new integration
Getting started is simple:
- Navigate to Back in stock → Notifications → Customize email

- Select Klaviyo as your email provider and click the connect button

- Authorize STOQ to access your Klaviyo account in the new tab

- Refresh the page to confirm installation

Upon connecting, STOQ uses new, descriptive metric names in your Klaviyo dashboard:
- Back in stock alert (STOQ)
- Back in stock reminder 1 (STOQ)
- Back in stock reminder 2 (STOQ)
- Preorder confirmed (STOQ)
- Customer signed up for alert (STOQ)

While stores using private API keys can continue as before, upgrading to the official STOQ Klaviyo app is strongly recommended for better security and effortless management. Flows may need updating to the new metric names, but this is a one-time change that unlocks a more robust future with STOQ and Klaviyo.
